We ensure that you are up to date with the current pay rates including the National Minimum Wage, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay and Adoption Pay. We also ensure Student Loans and other deductions are handled correctly so that your payroll is right every time.
The Employment Allowance benefiting businesses with employees by making the Employers National Insurance not-payable for the first £3,000. Claiming the Employment Allowance is not automatic and is still getting missed by many advisers (according to HMRC). We ensure this is claimed and your business saves.
We will guide you through getting your business ready for Auto Enrollment and will process the pension deductions each pay-run to forward these to your pension provider. We also offer an Auto-Enrollment solution to ensure you can meet your obligations by your enrollment date.
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
If you are in the Construction Industry we will deal with your CIS obligations to ensure this is dealt with correctly through your business’ payroll. We can advise on Gross status and the opportunity to offset against other taxes were beneficial.
Real Time Information (RTI)
We will ensure your payroll is in line with RTI rules and Full Payment Submission (FPS) for each pay period is submitted on time every time.
We will deal with your P11D obligations and report to HM Revenue & Customs any cash equivalents of benefits and expenses that that your business has provided during the tax year to directors and employees.
